Blue Edge’s process for assessment and development centres is based on a multi-method approach to provide clients with robust, defensible data for selection and development decisions.

Our assessment and development centres are designed by Occupational Psychologists and are bespoke for each client.  We have designed and delivered assessment centre solutions into well over 100 organisations.  Our approach:

• Provides detailed reports to present comprehensive insights into candidates’ strengths and development areas
• Includes access to the full range of psychometric tools – as Psychologists, we are not tied to one approach
