Bob is a Psychometrician with particular experience of the scientific validation of selection processes. He graduated with first class honours in psychology and gained a distinction from London City University's MSc in Psychometric Assessment in Organisations, the only course of its kind in Europe.
As a Psychometrician, Bob is concerned with the objective assessment of people's abilities and typical behaviour. He is passionate about the application of science to enhance and improve the precision of selection decisions. He trains for the CIPD in 'The Science of Selection'.
Bob's clients include companies from a wide range of sectors including Financial Services, Publishing, IT and Regulatory Services. His clients range from major multi-national organisations to several innovative small business.
