David has a wealth of experience of working with the public and local government sectors, especially regulatory and public protection services. He has designed and implemented many assessment and development processes, from entry to senior management level.

One of David's major professional interests is the design of robust and fair selection tools and processes. A recent example of this is the Regulatory Services Test; a psychometric assessment researched and designed to assess potential to carry out trading standards and environmental health work.

David also has significant experience in designing team-development processes, utilising a range of techniques and interventions, some borrowed from sports psychology.
