Emma is an Occupational Psychologist and has worked in the field of assessment and development, using behavioural evaluative methods, for over ten years. She has experience of a range of psychometric tools and has applied them from graduate to Board level in a variety of sectors and contexts.

Emma also works with individuals in the area of career and life management. She draws on a range of behavioural and therapeutic approaches - for example, to help an individual develop capability in a specific area, gain self-knowledge, manage stress, or learn how to change an unhelpful behaviour.
