Felicity is an experienced consultant with considerable industry knowledge and expertise in the areas of leadership development, team development and executive coaching. She has worked for a wide range of clients from across the private sector both in the UK and internationally including Financial Services, Oil and Gas, Telecommunications and Professional Service firms. Her work is underpinned by a strong belief in building the performance of organisations through enabling the talent of its people.

Felicity appeared on the BBC 1 documentary "What Am I Like?" The Personality Test in 2004 as a panel psychologist. She was also the resident psychologist for The Apprentice 2006 and 2007.
