Gail has extensive international management experience, spanning four continents. She has worked with senior executives in a number of leading organisations including Aviva, Kellogg Brown & Root (KBR), American Express and Inter-Continental Hotels. In addition to her 1.2.1 coaching work, Gail works with senior teams to support their development and facilitate customer alignment. She has designed, managed and delivered a number of coaching, mentoring and leadership programmes.
Gail is passionate about helping people identify and develop their strengths, while managing 'weaknesses', to achieve measurable improved performance.
