Gary is an Occupational Psychologist with a background in business start ups and development within the recruitment industry. He has gained experience working as an assessor for NHS managerial level candidates and has advised business owners on training & development courses. He understands the need to identify, develop and retain the right individuals within an organisation.
Gary is also Business Manager of Performance Predictor which is an online personality assessment tool developed in conjunction with Blue Edge.
