Panasonic UK tries leadership coaching
CIPD's Coaching at Work magazine report on the use of Blue Edge coaching to develop a four-tier talent pool of future leaders at electronics giant Panasonic UK.
“The idea is to develop pools of people to see who will be the best fit at the time, rather than develop people specific to certain roles,” said Panasonic's development manager Graham Borley.
Blue Edge supported the 2 year programme by providing business coaching to help participants construct personal development plans tying individuals' objectives to corporate objectives via Panasonic's leadership competencies.
