Michelle has worked as a senior HR manager within a number of UK businesses and headed internal communications for a global service organisation with over 100,000 employees. Although experienced in a wide range of HR challenges, her recent consultancy work has focused on organisational development, employee communications and performance improvement.

Whether devising strategy, developing plans or delivering solutions, Michelle places an emphasis on pragmatic and timely results, ensuring they are closely aligned to business goals.
