Olivia joined Blue Edge in 2006, having previously worked as a Local Government Officer with Lincolnshire County Council for 20 years.
Olivia's previous role incorporated a variety of responsibilities including Finance, Personnel, Health and Safety, and IT training support.
She is a skilled administrator and works on a number of Blue Edge projects including online psychometric test and 360? report production, training materials co-ordination, financial accounts and general administration.
