Charlotte is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with over thirteen years of experience of business and consulting.  She has held senior HR roles at Abbey and Lloyds TSB, as well as senior consulting roles at KPMG and two niche consultancies.

Charlotte supports clients in attracting, retaining and developing talented people. She aims to help clients focus on what is functioning and working well in their organisations, taking a Strengths and Positive Psychology approach. 

Some of her clients include RBS, Philips, SPAR, Reuters, NTL, BBC, ING, M&S, Abbey, Lloyds TSB and Macmillan Cancer Support. Charlotte is regularly invited to speak and has made appearances on BBC Breakfast News and News 24.
