Shelagh is an OD/HR practitioner with over twenty years experience in both private and public sectors. She has worked as a consultant and executive coach for over 5 years and specialises in coaching leaders and managers, facilitating teams, and designing and implementing bespoke organisational and leadership development initiatives.

Shelagh holds a PG diploma in Coaching and Mentoring and an MA in Organisational Analysis and Development. She is also qualified to operate a number of psychometric instruments such as MBTI, SDI, the Hogan Inventory and Strengthscope.

Shelagh has led teams in HR, Change and Organisation Development in companies such as Allied Domecq, Transport for London, Thorn EMI and Tullow Oil.
